WasherWashers are designed for a number of different applications. We manufacture standard models for power washing rims to degrease rims and rinse away loose rust, corrosion and rubber residue. We also manufacture tumble washers designed to wash parts. Parts are placed in a belt driven wash basket, which rotates. As basket tumbles, jets spray a mixture of hot water and special detergent, removing oils, greases, metal shavings, etc. The washer is designed with a stationary wash manifold to provide maximum output. Manifold is equipped with large pressure spray nozzles positioned for your application. Washers can be adapted to wash and flush our your machined parts.
